Broker Participation

BROKERS & REFERRALS

The real estate brokerage community can play an important role in our auction marketing. Brokers often recognize certain clients & properties as potential candidates for our auction marketing process and refer those clients & properties to us for our consideration.  An associate will follow up with a potential client immediately to further discuss the advantages of using our professional auction method of marketing.  The seller’s current listing broker will always be protected with a referral fee when engaged with our broker participation.

In the actual sale of real estate we have always felt that brokers should be given the opportunity to participate and brokers can often produce capable and qualified buyers.  We encourage broker participation by offering to pay them a percentage of our commission.  Additional information is available on our website or through our office and in the property information package produced for each individual property.

In today’s market, a seller never knows what generates buyer interest most effectively or where a buyer will be coming from.  Active participation and global exposure is crucial for most successful real estate transactions today and broker participation is always welcomed.
