FINANCING REQUIREMENTS

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AUCTION:
Please contact us if you are planning to bid on any residential property we are selling. We do allow qualified bidder participation at all of our residential property auctions but every bidder is required to register prior to bidding. This registration process includes submitting a bank letter of guarantee. If you are seeking financing pre-approval, please submit your request by clicking on the appropriate link and our finance department will be happy to assist you. We want you to feel comfortable about the bidding process and it’s always good to know that you are pre-approved to participate with the winning bid for the property you want.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AUCTION:
Please contact us if you are planning to bid on any commercial property we are selling. We do allow and encourage qualified bidder participation at all of our commercial real estate auctions but every bidder is required to register prior to bidding. The registration process requires a bank letter of guarantee and the financing process for a commercial property is different than for a residential property. If you are seeking financing pre-approval, please submit your request by clicking on the appropriate link and our finance department will be happy to assist you. We want you to feel comfortable with the bidding process and we don’t want financing to be a concern. It’s good to know that you are pre-approved to participate with the winning bid for the commercial property you want.
